Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to electrical, air conditioning and data services provided by SEQLD Electrical Services (Licence #1503772, ABN 68 684 525 781).

Quotes & pricing

Quotes are based on the information available at the time and are valid for 30 days. Additional work discovered on site, or variations you request, may change the final price. We will let you know before proceeding with any variation.

Bookings & payment

• Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• For larger jobs a deposit may be required before work begins.
• Ownership of materials passes to you once payment is received in full.

Workmanship & warranty

All work is carried out by licensed electricians to the relevant Australian Standards and Queensland regulations. Our workmanship is guaranteed; manufacturer warranties apply to supplied equipment. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, tampering or work later altered by others.

Liability

We are fully insured and carry out all work safely and responsibly. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the work or the cost of having it re-performed. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
